Job Description

Commercial Trainee will develop a deep understanding of the trading market related to Agricultural Services & Oilseeds in within the specified time period. ADM Commercial Traineeship program facilitates an understanding of all aspects of Agricultural Services & Oilseeds business in preparation for a role in the Commercial Team. Commercial Trainee will undergo a structured (but flexible) learning plan while gaining practical experience in the commodities trading business. The traineeship typically lasts around 6-12 months with a potential for overseas assignments for strong performers.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Economics & Business, Agribusiness, or related major
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Agricultural/Commodity Trading. Fresh Graduates with 3-6 months internship experience are welcomed to apply
  • Willing to accept assignments in different countries on short notice
  • Have International agricultural/commodity trading experiences will be an advantage
  • Demonstrate interest in agricultural/commodity trading couple with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement
  • Have excellent analytical thinking skill
  • Have a customer orientation
  • Attention to detail, have a result orientation, and willing to be hands on
  • Have excellent communication skill, written & spoken, both in English and Bahasa
  • Have excellent presentation skill, both in English and Bahasa
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office program especially Microsoft Excel
