Job Responsibilities
Prepare the organizational structure and Man Power Planning according to business development
Carry out job analysis and compose job description along with job competence profile in accordance with organizational design.
Conducting job evaluation and recommending the grade to employees.
Recommend key performance indicator and job goals for each position and employee.
Monitoring and documentation the achievement of job goals of all employees.
Analyze and develop succession planning.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree all major, preferably industrial engineering/management/psychology.
Minimum 2 years work experience in the same field.
Mastering the ability of Workload analysis, performance appraisal, man power planning, organization structure, keep performance indicator, job management, career management.
Have knowlegde about K3LH.
Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan.
