We’re currently looking for a Buyer/Production Assistant to join the team and help fulfill production demands for modest wear. Our identity is simple and sweet with a touch of modern fashion style. Join the team now to have first hand experience working with a growing team in the fashion industry!

Job Description

Build good relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best pricing.

Oversee the whole production flow and processes.

Make sure that inventory data and stocks levels are accurate and at appropriate levels.

Coordinate with the inventory and management team to make sure appropriate room capacity for products storage.

Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.

Conduct market research and trend analysis to make insightful buying decisions.

Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.

Work closely with the Sales team and analyze sales data to create action plans.
1 year of proven working experience as a Merchandiser/ Buyer/ Production Assistant.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Excellent data entry and data processing skills.

Excellent critical thinking, negotiation, and problem solving skills.

Detail oriented, well organized, and puts attention to goods quality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability to travel for offline buying.
