Job Description

Into Schneider Electric, Global ETO is the organization regrouping 30 plants doing Engineering To Order productions (ETO) in Medium Voltage and Low Voltage for Europe, South America, MEA and APAC.

This organization has a central function for Digital, RPA and IT systems which is in charge of animating, coordinating and transforming our plants..

In this organisation, the Data Analyst Is responsible for Interpreting Data and turning it into Insights and leading improvement projects

Business analyst is the partner of process owner to make digital transformation happen.

Business analyst
  • Identify solution, collect ideas and propose digital solution
  • Animate workshop on specific topic to define ways of improvement so to reduce red operations & define or implement best process
  • Makes recommendations about the methods and ways in which a company obtains and analyzes data to improve quality and efficiency of data systems.
  • Identify patterns and trends in data sets
  • Analyzes results
Business Interpretation
  • Works alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs & identify process optimisation
  • Collects and interprets data
  • Translate functional needs into technical needs for developers
Data Analysis
  • Gathers and structures information from various sources. This data is then interpreted and exploited to make business decisions.
  • Makes recommendations about the methods and ways in which a company obtains and analyzes data to improve quality and efficiency of data systems.

This position is based in Asia (India, Indonesia, Malaysia or Singapore)

Qualifications

Good business knowledge (Lean Green Belt, industrial performance experience, Supply chain planning experience...)
Has the ability to make macro solution
Has the ability to understand programming language
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
Has an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
Programming Skills
Python, Java Script, C++..
English fluent, French optional
