Experienced Customer Service Manager to drive and grow Services business with focus on customer relationship and satisfaction. The goal is to keep the services department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to grow services business, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities
• Sell and renew Maintenance agreements to customers, regularly explore new opportunities and up-sell services.
Setup Price book, Prepare Service quotes, tender compliances and run P&L for services.
• Improve customer service experience, engage customers and facilitate organic growth
• Work closely with Customer Operations to address customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Improvise service procedures, policies and standards
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
• Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
• Adhere to and manage the approved budget
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
