Implement the F&B Marketing Communications Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures all Food and Beverage outlets.
Ensure the Marketing Communications activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
Organize and conduct regular F&B marketing communications meetings and ensure departmental briefings and meetings are effective.
Communicate efficiently and in due time with all departments of the hotel to make sure everyone is well aware of all activities and offers
Anticipate any needs period and suggest to F&B create
Work closely with F&B team to achieve goals (guests satisfaction, awareness, finance goals )
Attend all F&B events happening in the hotel to meet and greet some KOL, media or VIP clients and ensure media/social coverage
Represent the Sales department in the absence of the Director of Marketing & Communication
Social media mainly on FB and IG: follow guidelines given by our digital manager to reach our client target for each outlet: frequency, timeline, message, #, photos or video… sharing clients posts. Update photo library on google+ and Pinterest
Reply to every comment on social media within the day
Recommend and develop proposals and direct and implement below-the-line sales promotions, with external partners such as credit card companies, luxury brands, banks, department stores, airlines, etc. to support the advertising and sales campaigns.
Implement strategies to get a local and international award every year to F&B outlet
Coordinate with local photographers to promote upcoming events and on the day of the event & update our photo library to be accessible to every manager in the hotel
Qualifications
Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in brand marketing from F&B businesses.
Strong knowledge in various marketing channels; social media; email marketing; push notification; search engine; and other possible channels.
Comfortable using data to generate insights for marketing campaigns.
Strong collaborative and communicative traits and able to work with internal & external stakeholders.
Strong project management, organized person, and have strong attention to detail.
Intra City sales improvement.
Liaise with cross-department for seller training and events.
Understanding of overall Fashion Cluster offline or online trends andâ¦
