Build and maintain a good relationship with customers/tenants.
Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or shopping center.
Have the ability to create promotional content for tenants on multi social media platforms.
Used to working with predefined deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Computer literate (Ms.Office).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity.
