Job Description

Industry: Soap Manufacturing Location: Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera Jo's ID: 8806 Role: Manage plant Outbound Logistics (End to End Responsibility of released FG dispatches) and to maintain documents and follow up process. Responsibilities:
  • To maintain regular communication and co-ordination with production department and Quality assurance department, Supply Chain for FG material management (receipt and dispatch) of the FG to CFA.
  • To co-ordinate with transporter for on-time delivery and process transporter bills.
  • To co-ordinate with Production and Quality Assurance department for FG releases on priority basis.
  • Keep regular communication with depots with regard to supplies, liaising with transport service providers and regular tracking for FG dispatch and delivery.
  • Administer receiving, storing, releasing, invoicing, issuing and Shipping of released finished goods, and maintain all documents related to FG dispatches.
  • Prepare stock status reports, outbound trackers and activity reports.
  • Maintain rejection record of the material rejected.
  • Record of the scrap material.
  • To formulate finished goods order, its dispatch and the related documentation regarding the material type, quantity, date of issue.
  • Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
  • Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse codes; complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field, preferably diploma in store management
  • At least 5-8year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sei Mangkei.
  • Experience of handling minimum 50 SKUs at a time
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations, Planning and Scheduling.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.
  • Sense of urgency, collaboration & teaming.
