The Personnel Officer, Payroll & Leave is critical to the HR function of the Embassy and requires delivery of a quality service to all LES. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of the LES Terms and Conditions of Employment.
The Personnel Officer, Payroll & Leave provides day-to-day administrative services in the HR section in accordance with appropriate Human Resources Management System guidelines and procedures, assistance in the general provision of policy advice related to the LES Terms and Conditions of Employment and provides support to the payroll process for Locally Engaged Staff (LES).
