Job Description

Work on building a quality-driven engineering culture that drives improvements in quality and helps ship products rapidly with good confidence.

Drive the quality for a product/feature, assess risks, and ensure shipping features with a high-quality bar.

Work closely with development teams in instrumenting their workflow to build a comprehensive picture of velocity, coverage, quality, and production health.

Plan, develop and execute test strategy across Andalin products and platforms.

Create a test plan.

Run test plan (run the manual test for uncovered test cases or failing test cases on automation test).

Maintain test cases (including adding or updating test cases).

Generate test plan results.

Reporting bugs.

Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the product/project.

Leads quality assurance efforts that align with product/project objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering with minimum 4 years experience in Tester & Support (QA Analyst) / 4 years experience develop an application.

Good and strong at test analysis fundamental.

Has a good sense of UX Application.

Deep understanding of testing during all parts of the software life cycle.

Has experience as a software developer would be a strong preference.

Hands-on experience with test planning, test designing, and test execution.

Experience in performing multiple techniques of testing including exploratory testing, functional testing, and/or story-based testing.

Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.

Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.

Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
