About the Role
Develop brand(s) goal/ ambition – Set long-term/ short-term brand objective and strategy through analysing market trend, consumer insight, competitor activities and estimation of industry growth under limited supervision from Category Manager.
Manage Guinness brand financial figures and product portfolio by actively leading new product launching, demand forecasting by commercial channel, P&L and budget.
Lead annual brand campaign plans to reach target consumers effectively/ efficiently by developing comprehensive 360-degree communication plan including digital/ social activation, channel connection plan and applying global ATL/ BTL platforms.
Develop brand creatives and strong activation of media plan, ensuring activation relevant to Brand Strategy and Brand Credential.
Initiate the development of BTL programs and execution including on-ground activation, 3rd space execution and cracking liquid-on-lips program under brand strategy and brand architecture.
Collaborate with internal/ external team members (distributors and agencies) and maintain effective working relationships.
Support Customer Marketing Manager (Distributor) in preparing internal reports.
About you
Be passionate about the Beer Brand
Minimum 7 yrs relevant marketing experience preferably on lifestyle/premium consumer brands.
Ability to work with cross functional internal teams & influence the partners marketing teams
