Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or Engineering (Mechanical)
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Maintenance Management or Inventory Management
Required skill(s): Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Visio), standard flow chart diagram, basic ISO 9001, maintenance planning
Have experience in analyze mechanical and electrical part
Have experience in ERP system implementation
Preferably have knowledge about sugar production
Max 30 years old
Willing to work at our parent company Head Office, Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat

Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business process engineering management flow (maintenance, spare part inventory, and CAPEX management) and monitor the implementation of standardization in each business unit
Maintain data updating of technical assets in each business unit
Analyze the distribution of item code in each business unit and implement standardization implementation (including approval of item code registration) at the group level
Analyze existing business process manufacturing management flow (production, PPU, QC) and monitor the implementation of standardization in each business unit
Make guidelines for standardization of engineering and manufacturing management system implementation as reference manual documents at the group level
Assist in the development process of the implementation of the centralized ERP system, especially for the maintenance and manufacturing modules
Assisting superiors in general in analyzing engineering and manufacturing management systems in the group
Make regular monthly reports related to the progress of assigned activities
