Job Description

Analyze and identify system error in the daily payment transaction

Analyze daily report settlement form 3PP and bank to ensure the reports are correct

Reconcile digital banking transaction between payment and network

Handle dispute and discrepancy transaction of virtual account and pay later

Monitored the claim from Network
Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines

Experience in Banking and Digital Industry is prefered

Strong skills in Microsoft Office application especially Excel

Attention to detail and Problem solving skills

Excellent teamwork skills

Strong Analytical skills
