The Product Engineer will be based in Batam, Indonesia .
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Provide technical guidance of daily plant production processes
Serve as a technical expert to the production team
Drive continuous improvement and change to deliver production results
Develop and maintains production related procedures, training materials, and documentation to facilitate consistent and safe manufacturing practices meeting all requirements of Process Safety Management
Own and manage production related projects, delivering projects on time and on budget
Act as point of contact and process expert for all product scale ups and changes.
Relevant ad-hoc task, as assigned
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Demonstrate operations and technical skills and understanding
Demonstrate working knowledge of functional concepts and a understanding of Flex’s policies and procedures.
