Job Description

  • Developing CRM environment and integrating CRM tools/system in order to achieve business plan

  • Setting up the grand plans for CRM development using the right approaches

  • Making and initiating marketing and promotion program for loyal customers / members

  • Strengthening the partnership with third parties and developing the partnership possibilities

  • Leading and Managing team based on the company's culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • Min. 8 Years working experience in CRM or customer loyalty
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Good communication (fluent in English) and interpersonal skill
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang office
