We are looking for a Operations Planning Analyst who will be based in Karawang & Sukorejo.
Your ‘day to day'
Support the strategic planning process in the local Affiliate
Analyze & report key manufacturing performance indicators and develop operation plans in capacity & resources
Able to handle Budgeting and monthly reporting in cooperation with Ops Finance
Who we're looking for
Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00
Minimum 1 year in current position
Preferably have experience as Strategic Planning in the field of tobacco industry
Proven experience as a Strategic Planner
Good analytical thinking and fluent in English
Willing to be placed in Plant Pasuruan
Willing to be contracted for 1 year
