Responsibilities:
Responsible for Case Management and Guarantee process in the provider network are done accurately and in timely manner
Responsible for 24/7 coordination with TPA and Provider related to treatment in provider network
Member monitoring during hospitalization and give update of both medical and cost to internal and client
Responsible for relation with TPA and Provider, include monitoring the TPA’s performance, opening/closing access of provider network and reconciliation of Provider payment
To produce required internal/external reports related with Provider and TPA
Responsible for coordination and communication with PMN related with opening and closing process of provider network and provider payment reconciliation
To support medical opinion/inquiries to Medical Underwriter and Claim Analyst
To support sales and other internal department for medical inquiries and other issue related with TPA and Provider
To set up provider data in the system and conduct regular review to ensure the provider data is updated
To support preparing Health Talk event and other wellness program
To provide monthly Health Bulletin for customers
Responsible to prepare process for new initiatives in Corporate Business
