Principle Accountabilities:
Develop and implement Digital marketing plan to varies Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies e.g., brand campaign, product launches, new services to increase brand presence especially through digital owned asset and to achieve business plan metrics, including fans & followers growth, website traffic growth, lead generation, and sales
Manage end-to-end owned asset (website & social media) including marketing initiatives, content management, complaint handling, and inquiry from customer in our owned asset
Deliver efficient social media and content marketing investment to ensure improving cost per metrics to achieve throughout omnichannel
Develop a consolidated content for digital owned asset leveraging trends, festivities, seasonal periods, and any other potential momentum
Manage our respective digital media, social media management & monitoring agency to help identify key opportunities to meet the objective and KPI metrics
Ensure clear KPI and process alignment with all stakeholders (tribe/squad/department/partners/agencies) with periodic reviews and adjusting/updating plan to align
Fully utilize paid advertising tools and social media listening and monitoring data and turns into recommendation in delivering relevant strategy to address the needs of our respective audience & segment
Ensure alignment with Marketing Communications and Brand, Corporate Communications, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Operations & Customer Care and PCA Digital Marketing
Job Specification:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing, social media, or similar field.
Good Knowledge and use of current digital advertising tools and channels such as FB Business Manager & Google Analytics and familiar with social media listening tools
Familiar with digital performance metrics and its measurement
Have strong all-around knowledge of Insurance landscape and digital marketing, and social media trends including key performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyse reports and communicate findings.
Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven approach.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced with digital agency and start-up environment is desired.
