About the Role
As our Regional Sales Trainer, you will be the first buddy for the GoJek Sales Team, providing assistance on what and how they should do their job. Your main objective will be to provide the Nationwide Sales team with the learning and development activities, so that they can know how they can improve their ways of working in achieving the company targets. You will also be responsible to ensure that our sales team clearly understands our product features & processes so that they would be able to be the best consultant for GoJek merchants.
What You Will Do
Develop learning framework for all sales team, which would include employee onboarding, refreshment trainings, product knowledge & soft-skills
Train sales team based on the created learning framework with the goal to support them achieving their targets
Work with Sales Leaders in HQ, District & Region to improve performance of lacking sales team member
Create training content for sales team with regards to sales processes
Act as the hub between Merchant Academy, PAC Learning & Development and the sales team
What You Will Need
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Training (preferred experienced dealing with field team)
Great communication and understanding skill, able to explain technical terms in simple and understandable manner
Familiar with e-learning platform, Power Point, Excel, and able to create training materials
Proficient in creating slide presentations
Great communication and understanding skill, also able to explain technical terms in simple and understandable manner
Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with good level of empathy
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
About the Team
The Sales Training team is part of the Sales Excellence team which is an integral part of the Greater Sales Team and based in HQ or selected regions. We work closely with both the Sales Special Project, Sales Strategy, Merchant Academy, PAC, as well as the Sales team in the regions. On a daily basis, we will spend much time interacting with the field sales team in order to ensure they clearly understand our product and process so they would be able to achieve the company’s KRs. On top of that, we also have to be all ears to make sure the sales team keeps motivated in doing their job.
