Job Description

  • Melayani nasabah untuk pembukaan, pemeliharaan & penutupan rekening.
  • Memberikan layanan/fasilitas rekening dan menjelaskan info produk serta memberikan referral,
  • Menerima keluhan nasabah dan menyelesaikan serta melakukan eskalasi/tindak lanjut ke bagian terkait, melakukan kegiatan administrasi yang terkait dengan rekening nasabah sesuai standard layanan perusahaan untuk menjamin kepuasan nasabah .

Max usia 26 tahun

Min pendidikan S1 dengan IPK 3.0

Berorientasi terhadap pelayanan dan pencapaian target

Mempunyai motivasi tinggi, semangat, agile, dan persistence

Komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
