We are looking for a Villa Manager / Butler from 9am-3pm who has experience dealing with guests from different countries, is reliable, flexible and trustworthy.
- Good English skills
- Strong personality, management, communication and organisation skills
Responsibility:
- Responsible for all aspects of departments (housekeeping, maintenance, garden, pool, security, drivers)
- Quality control, staff hiring and training
- Operational control
- Performs daily, weekly and monthly property inspections.
- Property control and equipment inventory
- Identify problems quickly and resolve them
- Organise purchase and equipment repairs
- You need to have minimum experience of 3 years and be fluent in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,200,000 per month
