  • Planning, supervising, monitoring, and evaluating to complain issue in customer
  • Responsible to work target based on rules
  • Coordination in team activities
  • Review on handling for SLA complain and coordinate with division needed
  • Evaluating and monitoring on KYC process before submitting it to client
  • Creating schedule
  • To communicate intensively to Manager, internal depts and clients regarding operations, agents and performance
  • To create reports on hourly/daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • To develop agents ; briefing and coaching

Requirements

  • D3 and S1 Education
  • Experienced as TL min. 2 years
  • Having knowledge of supervising KYC process min. 1 year Familiar with BPO process will be an advantage
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Able to do excel
  • Able to do shifting 24
