Mengatasi keluhan dan pemintaan dari tenant terkait teknis / maintanance gedung

Melakukan tindakan preventif dan pemeliharan terkait teknis / maintanance gedung

Melakukan rekap data peralatan gedung melalui checklist dan logsheet
Min. 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Building Engineer atau Teknisi Gedung di gedung perkantoran

Pendidikan terakhir min. SMA/SMK sederajat

Menguasai maintanance gedung yang berkaitan dengan kelistrikan, genset, plumbing , lift, AC, dll

Berserdia untuk bekerja secara shift

Penempatan di Menteng, Jakarta Pusat
