<Job Responsibilities>
・To manage and take on complete project responsibility in all areas of Project management and execution
・To manage M&E design and consulting
・To meet or exceed project goals established by Management
・Ensure job is carried out within budget & schedule
・Manage day to day operational aspects of the project and scope
・To ensure all projects are completed on time and up to customer satisfaction
・To be responsible for development & performance of Maintenance Team by working closely with Maintenance engineers to fulfil customer SLA and meet their satisfaction level.
・Assist Chief Representative in pre-sales/sales activities..
・To support organization strategy by mapping out plans and operation procedures to achieve desirable outcomes.
・Work closely with HR/ Admin to periodically review company structure and policies to support business plans.
・To be responsible for updating the Chief Representative on the periodic performance of engineers and drafters in the organization.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
・Business level of English proficiency.
・At least 5 years of experience as Mechanical or Electrical Manager for mission critical buildings such as Data Center, Server Room, etc.
・Possess either Technical PIC (PJT) with any license, or Classification PIC (PJK) with suitable license with classification
・Must skills needed : CAD (Computer Aided Design), Project Management skill
・Experience in Assistant Manager or Manager in Engineering - Mechanical or Automotive will be advantageous.
・Independent and possess initiative
・Good communication and interpersonal skills
・Committed and able to work under pressure
