Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Creating "Purchase Order" and issuing to supplier.
  • Monitoring the delivery for purchased materials.
  • Solving problems with delivered materials.
  • Support and follow-up for payments.
  • Management and filing of documents required for purchasing (i.e. Contract, Sistem Jaminan Halal, etc.).
  • Other administrations works for purchasing.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree from any major, preferably Pharmacist from reputable university
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a buyer / purchasing staff
  • Good knowledge of the purchasing process from receiving a Purchase Request (PR) to issuing a Purchase Order (PO).
  • Good in negotiation skill and communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work in a team, good attitude, trustworthy and integrity is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure, work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
