Responsibilities:
Responsible for claims registration and claim document verification in accordance with policies, guidelines and agreed services level
To ensure that claims data in Prudential System and TPA System are integrated and processed accurately and timely
To ensure claim administrations process are done accurately and timely
Responsible for claim notifications/letters sent to customers based on agreed services level
Claims documents filing
To produce required internal/external reports related to Group Claim Services
To conduct UAT related to group claim process
Responsible for handling issues in systems related with Group claim process
Responsible for Claims documents filing
