Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation of Indonesian TikTok e-commerce search-related functions, improving the user experience and conversion data of the mall search entrance
Monitor the changes of top search queries, analyze the changes of user needs, coordinate business and search products to optimize commodity strategy and traffic strategy
Participate in the planning of mall activities and undertake search-side needs, and cooperate with business and industry research to jointly complete the project landing
Collaborate with technology and products, improve recommendation strategies and promote continuous iteration through data analysis and mining, and continuously explore new traffic growth scenarios
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, familiar with Indonesian local culture and e-commerce platform, relevant e-commerce experience is preferred

Good insight into user needs, search related work experience or familiar with search quality evaluation workers is preferred
Good project management, process construction and landing skills, experience in independent project responsibility, strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills
Clear thinking logic, sensitive to data, and guide operations with data analysis in terms of industry trends, business performance, project execution, etc
Fluent in English, barrier-free work communication and expression
