  • Participate in the end-to-end Performance Appraisal campaign
  • Assist in administrating the Performance Appraisal process
  • Support the implementation of Performance Intervention to enhance talent management knowledge
  • Contribute to other process improvement initiatives related to talent management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enroll / recently graduated from Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Management or relevant field
  • Excited about connecting people
  • Have a great eye for detail, making documents look fantastic with excellent knowledge of English, grammar and style.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Have experience in organizing databases/documents will be a plus
  • Organizational experience preferred
  • Good time management
