Job Description
  • Mercure Pangkalan Bun is seeking a dynamic and interpersonal skills candidate for Assistant Director of Sales. The 152 room keys, Grand Ballroom with up to 650 pax capacity, 6 meeting rooms, 3 F&B outlets and other wellness facilities is schedulled to open the door for the first guest in April 2022.

Work Experience

Job Requirement:

  • Maximize room revenues by optimizing occupancies during need periods and still protecting the average rate
  • Implement business plans on acquisition, retention, and development of new accounts.
  • Account management of Corporate accounts with potential for transient and group segments
  • Identify and create new relationships for all our hotels from the corporate, Travel Agent & MICE segments.
  • In charge of training, development and on the job coaching of the Sales Team. This also includes succession planning.


Work Experience

  • 4 years experience in the same position
  • Senior strong leadership experience within sales required
