Leading BBM’s App Store Optimization strategy, setting up guidelines to optimize and improve app rankings, and ultimately conversion rates
Track, report, and present performance of various campaign types (growth, app store, native ads) on an ongoing basis
Analyse performance metrics and use the insights gained to drive further improvements in areas including asset development, localization, and translations
Executing practical tasks such as producing app store descriptions, metadata, competitor benchmarks, review mining, etc
Work with design team to ensure that visual assets are localized and communicate a unique story
Using A/B testing to evaluate the potential of alternative approaches to textual and visual content
Fluent in all aspects of the BBM app – current release and upcoming versions
REQUIREMENTS:
Documented experience in consumer marketing, app store optimization, analytics, and growth
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Arabic is a bonus)
Excellent analytical skills and proficient in data-driven approaches, with the ability to work with numbers and excel
A solid understanding of the mobile app messaging industry and knowledge of end-user behavior
A good eye for visual aesthetics and design
Has experience working across regions, time zones and business cultures
Has excellent organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multitask and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
Bachelor's degree with focus in business, marketing, advertising
