Job Description

Job purpose

Digital Marketing Team responsible for all media buying services and solutions from platforms such as Google, Facebook, Bing, Yandex, Naver, Baidu, and any other media buying platform. The main objective of the team is to deliver aCommerce client demand generation needs.

The role of Digital Marketing Specialist is to be part of the collaborative team which consists of marketing, e-store manager, Key Account Management, and demand fulfillment. The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to be the project lead from the marketing side, to grow the client's GMV and revenue.

Digital Marketing Specialist will be working closely the analysts to achieve the project KPI and project profitability, and reporting to Head of Performance Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monthly and quarterly business review
  • Stay up to date with best practices, new tools, and technologies
  • Understand the team's challenges by managing the end-to-end process: research, campaign planning, production, performance monitoring, campaign optimization, reporting and consultation
  • Responsible for driving initiatives to achieve our client's business objective (often revenue or number of lead) using social media advertising, search advertising (Google, Yahoo, and Bing), display advertising, YouTube advertising, and mobile application advertising
  • Analyze and optimize the campaign portfolio using the data-driven technique.
  • Then, develop strategies to grow the business
  • Channel performance evaluations

Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing is a must!
  • Strong Google Marketing Platform knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating performance reports
  • Have a team management experience.
  • Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools/technologies as well as share knowledge with others
  • A self-starting attitude – the ability to work independently and take initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a team and with clients
  • Good command of MS Office, MS-EXCEL, MS-POWERPOINT, MS-WORD
