Design and Pilot Route to Market Project
Lead activity subsets in global RTM assessment (As Is) - outlet coverage- service package- execution standards- RTM effectiveness- KPIs & incentive scheme- merchandising activities- control models- etc.
Contribute to propose To-Be RTM model(s) covering areas of outlet census- segmentation- shoppers study- retail value proposition- coverage models- sales force KPI & incentive scheme- cost-to-serve- sales automation/IT- and execution control.
Contribute to the development of RVPs (Retail Value Propositions) in collaboration with the marketing and trade marketing team.
Lead activity subsets on pilot implementation of chosen RTM model(s). Structure all preparation steps: business process- picture of successes- organization/people (Kraft Heinz & Distributor)- toolkits- training/socialization. Constantly monitor progress to ensure proper implementation (timing & quality).
Liaise with local sales team to adapt the RTM models to different contexts/specifics (channel- area- distributor- trade dynamics) when needed in maximum alignment with national standards.
Contribute to the development and implementation plans to improve Distributor Management System (DMS).
Project Management
Oversee implementation of action plans within targeted scope (RTM activity subsets) and ensure all steps & tasks are synchronized for the attainment of the project timeline.
Structure task lists at maximum necessary details to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines and in expected quality.
Lead administration of regular operational team meetings and global steering committee meetings. Structure elements required for a project update and steering committee meetings- ensure all project teams are aligned on preparations.
Proactively identify and anticipate risks/bottlenecks across all stages- alert project leader for decisions/actions and recommend options to mitigate risks/solve issues.
Change Management & Roll Out Plan
Contribute to structure communication/socialization materials to ensure maximum organization alignment (Kraft Heinz and distributors).
Identify potential risks in the change management area- alert the project leader for actions/decisions.
Structure elements needed to build Roll Out plan: timeline- infrastructure- business process- organization- training- KPIs/incentives- etc.
Lead implementation of new sales routines (at Kraft Heinz and distributors) and feedback to all stakeholders for quality/consistency.
Collaborate with sales capability development team in improving sales team capability of distributors- ensure training and sales routines are implemented by distributors.
Implement regular performance reviews during and post-roll-out- make necessary changes/improvements to enhance the models. Ensure at all-time maximum compliance of process and quality.
Data Management & Reporting
Ensure all data are validated/ controlled for quality and all reports are released in expected timing and quality.
Lead coordination with all relevant stakeholders for data management.
