A great recruiter stands apart by excelling at talent identification, attraction, and assessment, and by developing deep partnerships with the business and within the people team. This individual will support and drive the innovation and implementation of methodologies that evolve sourcing’s capabilities and provide support to hiring managers.
Responsibilities
-Responsible for posting and unposting open roles across our own website and any other channels
-Using a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent
-Coordinate with the interview team to schedule interviews on the recruiting process
-Post jobs in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and on external job boards
- Develop and execute thoughtful recruitment strategies to attract candidates
-Ensure that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process and provide a positive candidate experience
-Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet business objectives
Qualifications
-Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience in full cycle recruitment
-You have experience sourcing for a wide variety of roles using different recruiting platforms and ads
-Has a passion for the recruiting space and is looking for a place to launch their career
-Adept at using Lever, LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
-Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks concurrently and be adaptable to new assignments, systems, and tools
-Process oriented, capable of understanding, defining and following processes
