- Candidates must possess at least a diploma in a relevant field
- Experience min 3 years in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Banking/ Financial Service/ Fintech
- Experience has call center staff experience and has manager experience (team: more than 7)
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
-Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Experience handling inbound (complaint & FAQ) and outbound (payment reminder) call
- Resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently queries through phone, chat, and email
