  • Responsible to do the technical design coordination and reviews, provide engineering expertise, design management, in house design (if required), and Site inspection of Project’s Structure & Infrastructure development.
  • Providing expert engineering input, output and coordination on Projects and Design development in the best interests of the Projects and User requirement.
  • Lead Engineering team and do technical review and control in the matter of Structures design and calculation submission, do site coordination (if required), review contracts and related documents and its compliance with local authority provision, owner provision (incl Contract Agreement) and its interface with other core disciplines and codes.
  • Make Design requirement, review preliminary and detailed design drawings and its supporting submissions, perform fieldwork, monitoring inspection and enforcement of development Structure & Infrastructure works and assist the design development and construction matters.
  • Prepare Structure & Infrastructure planning reports, calculation reports, monitoring site reports and implementation inspection reports.
  • Assisting Design Manager or Superiors in preparing design, design study, submission review and Consultants Progress updates in a PPT presentation format and or any kind of documentation needed.
  • To assess consultant submission and progress verification in coordination with Design Manager, or other related manager or Superiors.
  • Be responsible in preparing and assisting budget & schedule envelopment, permit and regulatory docs approval, tender/RFP development, Construction supervision/QC base on standards, specification and contracts, office & site coordination, progress payments, summary reports and project and site study.
  • To provide technical review on the design cost, time and quality of final deliverables.
  • To supervise all Structure and Infrastructure works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and requirement.

Job Requirement

  • Hold minimum of Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
  • At least 5 years experienced as Structure Engineer in Structure Consultant and 2 years as Assistant Manager in Developer/Property Company.
  • Preferably having experience in High-rise building and Infarsturucture project.
  • Having knowledge of Structure design, Structure application, Structure calculation.
  • Proficiency: Structure, Geotechnic software (Plaxis), AutoCAD/Gstar, Microsoft Office.
  • Good in written and spoken English.
