About the team

Manage 2-5 team member

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • Review and validate the detailed technical design for business applications to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Provide the IT solution and ensure the solution provided is aligned with Company's
  • stragegy and Company’s technology standard
  • Review code work for accuracy and functionality
  • Perform planning, development, and execution of solution & enterprise architecture
  • Assess the compatibility and integration of IT products and services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies
  • Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
  • Support IT implementation activities, troubleshoot system environmental issues
  • Produce an estimate for the level of effort/cost of new application functionality and perform quality review checks on project deliverables
  • Keep up to date on the newest technological innovations in the field
  • Perform R&D for new technologies and approaches regarding best practices in the field.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology/system or a related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating on programming skills
  • Minimum 5 years of programming experience
  • Strong in OOP or Functional Programing and modeling skills
  • Conversant with Java, .NET, Web Development, Mobile Development and Database (SQL & No SQL)
  • Knowledgeable in Cloud computing – Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • The ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal, and can think out of the box
  • English and Bahasa proficiency

Preferred:

  • Three or more years of industry experience
  • Experience optimizing programs for mobile systems
  • Experience working in an agile environment
