Job Description:
Oversees full-cycle internal & external recruitment efforts, develops knowledge of internal customer groups and their talent needs, and ensures processes promote a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
Provides tactical hands-on support, as needed, in contributing to results delivered in Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development. Partners with various Human Resources functions to ensure talent management processes are synergistic with the department's overall practices and objectives.
May represent Hunter in the business and in the general community to establish strong networking relationships with talent pools while also marketing Hunter's culture and its reputation as a great place to work
Initiate, create, and develop organizational development needs (Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, Job Profile, Job Description, Man Power Planning, etc)
Propose Job Evaluation for current positions and/or new positions, and the impact to the Organization Structure
Develop, maintain, and analyzing Key Performance Indicator, and cascading business strategy from top (executive) management to bottom
Monitoring people performance through periodic performance review based Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Control and monitor various database KPI (KPI System, Talent Profile, etc)
Familiar with web design and content management systems.
