What you will do
At Allianz we are looking for an UX specialist to work with us to reimagine the customer experience across the lifecycle of our portfolio; from sales, to support, to claims; to product renewal. You will work on initiatives that range from ideating a customer-centric proof-of-concept, to digging into the details of strategic products to transform them into something our customers love and need. You enjoy interacting with customers and partners, have your design ideas and assumptions tested, and using customer feedback and insights to create the best experiences for them while meeting product requirements and business needs.
Who you’ll work with
You will be part of an innovative customer experience design team responsible for reimagining the way customers and partners interact with Allianz. Our team develops game-changing applications, solutions, and services.
Your Responsibilities
Identifying features that bring actual value to customers
Collaborating on a global level with a variety of backgrounds in meetings and alignment sessions
Conducting research (qualitative and quantitative methods, moderating) to answer problems
Conducting requirement analyses with different stakeholders
Communicating the research result with a presentation to stakeholders, Scrum master, Product owner and Engineer team, making sure to have some feedback from them
Conducting and attending internal workshops
Checking and observing for UX compliance, including the consistency of Allianz's brand system to the app.
Increasing the usability of products and services by creating designs for interfaces
Creating wireframes to be handed off to UI Designers based on data / research
Minimum Qualifications
Min. Bachelor Degree with field of study : Communication or Product Design, UI/UX Design, digital/multimedia, information system, Psychology, or related fields
Experience with UX Design/prototyping tools
Ability to execute and analyze UX research
Understand how to make research plan based on given problems
Understand user-centric design principles and data-driven design strategies for Web and mobile applications
Strong knowledge of graphic design and tools (is a plus)
Fluent : English
