Job Description

Responsible for the Business Administration of the Customer Service Segment especially for the On-Call/Service Contract Portfolio:

  • Order monitoring and control (from booking to billing)
  • Coordinate and cooperate with PM to ensure smooth process of the On-Call business
  • Support the 'Dispatcher' personnel to arrange field service engineer on-site service schedule
  • Communicate with the customer in relation to the orders and administration process required
  • Maintain On-Call orders report for day-today business
Requirements:

  • Min. S1 Economic Major from respectable University (Domestic or Abroad)
