EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF (CHINESE CUISINE)
Full time 1 year contract and renewable


We are seeking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef overseeing 3 restaurants.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hotel School (Tourism) major on Food & Beverage Production.
  • 5 – 10 years experiences in Hong Kong Style cooking / Dim Sums and Noodles /

Cantonese and Szechuan.

  • Male candidate, preference with age between 32 and 40 years old.
  • Flair in modern Chinese plating skills.
  • Additional knowledge in simple Japanese cuisine is an advantage.
  • Highly motivated, passionate and able to lead a young team.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skill, efficient & creative, hardworking and

committed towards work.

  • Will be based as single package in Bintan Island (for Expatriate).
  • Ability to communicate in English and computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Additional benefits provided when residing in the Resort (In House Living).
  • Attractive salary plus perks offered base on experience, qualification and bonus (on

achieving goals and targets).
