Working on Ticket Support on Freshdesk
Doing Bank Payment Verification
Working on PayPal payment
Approve Pending Orders / Pending Service Activation
Follow up Client's Pending Order (SSL: confirmation of CSR data and Domain: confirmation of completeness of documents) via Ticket/Email/Telephone
Canceling Service for Orders that the client does not respond to
Create Weekly Service Order Activation Report
Make Monthly Report of Corporate Client Billing
Requirements:
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
Bachelor Degree from any study, Preferably Marketing or IT
Excellent in English
Proven experience as an customer service
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Good Negotiating Skill
Well Disciplined / Well Organized, Excellent Follow up skill
Knowing about the Domain, Hosting/Server, Website sales is an advantage
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
