Job Overview
Migo is expanding our operations in Indonesia and growing our IT team. You will be the person who leads overall information technology for Indonesia; communicating and overseeing the development and implementation of IT projects, identifying resource needs, and managing timely execution of the Standard Operating Procedures. You will be part of the Operational System Support (OSS) Team and work closely with our leaders in ensuring productivity of our Imagineers in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about the local IT team performance; communicates mission-related objectives, delegated projects, and deadlines, and reports to Global IT Team.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Researches and implements technological strategic solutions
Initiate, design, enforce and coordinate systems, training manuals, policies, and procedures
Maintains a safe and secure work environment with tools and services to ensure and leverage the daily work productivity of Imagineers.
Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
Develops personal growth opportunities and maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Responsible for communicating with external IT Vendors and Partners for any IT-related services, as necessary.
Responsible for securing and managing administration and authentication access to Indonesia-related IT services.
Responsible for auditing access to systems and preserving information security
Discover and provide training and orientation to team members and internal Imagineers.
Participates in developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
Provide assistance to company employees (Imagineers) and clients with technology-related issues
Respond to queries and support either in person, via remote and other forms of communication.
Writing reports on the status of all hardware and software in the Indonesian offices.
Implementing and assisting on the rollout of new applications or operating systems
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Identify problematic areas on IT systems and implement strategic solutions in time
Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
Audit systems and assess their outcomes and stay up to date to latest IT security practices
Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
Oversee Indonesia IT-related annual budget and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in IT, service desk, or other related fields
Experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data center management and data governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
Ability to manage personnel and handle communication to various stakeholders
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
Adequate knowledge of learning management software
Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
Sound decision making and organizational skills
Experience in project management
Extensive knowledge of overall IT Management, databases, system security, SDLC, and troubleshooting
Understanding of IT standard business practices
Advanced proficiency in written/oral English and Bahasa Indonesia
