Fresh graduate or up to three years working experience.
Bachelor’s degree from any major is welcome, with preference to economics, finance, business and management, accounting, industrial engineering, and law degree.
A minimum GPA of 3.25.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have a professional working proficiency in English.
Proficient with MS Office programs/applications. Candidates with moderate to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Candidates with knowledge of accounting fundamentals, financial analysis, and valuation methods are preferable.

Up to 1 year of people management experience.
Proficient in production methods and Quality Management systems and procedures in manufacturing facilities.
Create and execute learning programs for training.
Evaluate individual and organizational training development needs.
Ability to create and run programs.
