Job Description

Legal Advisory Junior Associate will be involved in preparing all legal matters with main focus on business establishments, operation, expansion, and investment activities.

The purpose of this job is to provide advice on the legal requirements needed in business operation and perform benchmark and legal analysis.

As a Legal Advisory Junior Associate, your main responsibilities will be:

Assist on the set up of business establishment and investment procedures from legal perspective

Perform accurate and timely assistance to clients in variety of legal topics and governance policies related to business law and investment procedures

Regularly monitor compliance to mitigate risk and identify possible legal issues regarding business decisions

Prepare and review draft of agreements and other corporate documents as required for business establishment and investment
Possess Bachelor degree in Law (focusing on Business Law is preferred)

Fluent in English both speaking and writing (fluency in Japanese language will be highly preferred)

Possess thorough knowledge and deep understanding of the investment policies and regulations, including but not limited to preliminary business establishment, operation, financial advice, and management.

Excel negotiation and drafting skills

Demonstrate professional attitude and integrity

Excel in problem solving proven by demonstrating sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information to provide solutions

Self-motivated to keep up with tight deadlines and to successfully completing multiple tasks by working effectively under limited supervision
