It is one of the most premium sandal Brands and symbolizes quality, comfort & style. More than 250 million pairs of Havaianas sandals are sold across 80+ countries in a year! We are looking for a young, dynamic, self-driven Social Media & CRM rockstar to propel the social media presence of Havaianas Indonesia to much greater heights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare application focused content specifically for online publication and sharing across different media channels, including social media posts, email, digital brochures, newsletters and messages;
  • Create brand content calendar alongside with daily schedule, content type, copy-writings and call to action not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Twitter etc.
  • Create strategy for 360 degree social media strategy & implement across all platforms – IG, YouTube, Tiktok, FB etc.
  • Track social media performance of competition and benchmark brands. Implement best practices for Havaianas
  • Implement social media analytics & generate intelligence on what works & what doesn’t
  • Implement content calendar to social media publishing tools like Hootsuite and Iconosquare
  • Develop and maintain content and communications for online and offline marketing campaigns, activities and events through all possible digital channel;
  • Plan and define Customer Relation Management (CRM) campaign with specific objectives and detail target audience;
  • Co-ordinate requirements for promotional or brand material as defined by regional Assist with copywriting, artwork, and web workflow for planned digital marketing communications
  • Provide social media and CRM related report with deep analytics, insights and recommendation
  • Liaise with Brand Principal for social media strategy for the market.

Requirements:

  • Personally active on Social Media & understands the social media universe
  • Should be self-driven. High degree of ownership & accountability. Result oriented
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and ever changing business environment. Be flexible
  • High degree of attention to details. Problem solver
  • Willing to listen to new ideas and learn continuously
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa & English
  • Strong at MS Office – Excel, Power Point
  • Well-versed with Iconosquare, Hootsuite, social media analytics tools
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in FMCG/Consumer goods/Fashion/Retail/F&B/Beauty handling social media
