Job Description

Administer servers and workstations – Configure, deploy and maintain servers and workstations including user accounts, OS upgrades, patches and backups. Employ security best practices.

Administer applications – Configure, deploy and maintain enterprise business applications.

Administer a LAN/WAN – Maintain a multiple subnet Ethernet network including secure remote access by devices, remote branch sites, and supporting access to customer sites.

Administer peripheral systems – Maintain phone, voicemail, printing and scanning systems

Interact with all personnel, answer questions and fix PC software/hardware problems.

Accurately document hours work on projects if required.
Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Interpersonal Savvy (to make sure productive relationships are gained and maintained)

Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) of Information Technology, or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience as IT Support

Good attention to detail
