Job Description

Are you enthusiastic about playing an influencing role in the high-quality product development cycle? Do you consider yourself a natural problem-solver, always striving for high quality and efficiency? We are looking for a senior engineer with leader potential to manage sample management execution. Your focus is to produce early samples for new products/packages/projects for the business win and time to market.
In your new role you will:

Lead & manage a team of engineers / technical specialists to provide a one-stop sample service to the business division & various project/development groups
Responsible for on-time delivery of samples with aggressive cycle time to contribute towards fast product time to market
Work with divisions, internal sample requestors & Resources Planning team to ensure an adequate capacity corridor is secured for sample production and new product
Work with various engineering support functions to ensure first time right sample execution & smooth ramp-up
Drive upstream for improvement/alignment on sample order/lot accuracy/work methods
Drive internal workflow/method improvement to ensure resource efficiency

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience as a leader/coordinator to handle Engineering/ customer samples or New Product Introduction (NPI)
Knowledge in Semiconductor processes is an adavantage
Proven leadership capability and ability to inspire your team to succeed
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
