You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the POMEC department. Your work will involve a wide range of tasks including typing, filing, managing, and handling incoming mails/faxes; maintaining computerized databases; handling incoming inquiries and appointments; ensuring systematic follow-up on tasks; taking the minutes of meetings, and providing assistance to executives as required. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively and that department objectives are met.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

  • A Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years of secretarial experience
  • Effective telephone communication skills, and computer literate
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Computer literate and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
