Your ‘day to day’ • Engage with partners to understand business requirements of your service • Look for opportunities and challenges, and develop and implement solutions as appropriate based on business requirements, corporate compliance and security guidelines • Monitor, track, and report routinely upon project deployment progress and status • Implement activation of a certain set of features that linked to a global program • Create change requests, resolve issue as per SLA • Ensure service offering alignment with the Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and PMI practices Who we’re looking for • Bachelor degree holder (S1) from Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent • Have at least 2 years of experience in technology/digital company, familiar with IT Service Delivery, and have experience in eCommerce/B2B/B2C processes • Experienced in Cloud Technology (AWS) is a must (certified would be best), while understanding in Software Architecture (Microservices, CI/CD, DevOps), SaaS, and API Integration technologies with MuleSoft would be an asset • Have knowledge in agile tools and techniques like Kanban, Design Thinking, numerous Burndown techniques, & numerous Retrospective formats would be an asset • Have project management certification – Project Management Professional (PMP), professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership), and experience with service management frameworks (ITIL), and vendor management would be advantageous • Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal. • Equipped with strong analytical thinking, collaboration, & communication skills What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
