Job Description:
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of additions and modifications to the supporting field infrastructure, including the installation of server and networking hardware and operating systems software, and other related software as required.
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of network security as established by the corporate ICT department to ensure that system access to data is restricted to authorized staff.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and system interactions to quickly resolve live-site and supportive system incidents.
  • Works with field project teams to help design and implement internal systems that comply and integrate with the corporate Infrastructure enterprise architecture strategies.
  • Assists with upgrades to the company’s telephone system at the field level.
  • Reports field ICT infrastructure status concerning risks, issues, and anticipated projects to the ICT Infrastructure Department.
  • Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve ICT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for day-to-day monitoring, technical support, and planning of all aspects of the network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wireless network) while ensuring the ICT environment is secure.
  • Evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
  • Responsible for installation, configuration, and testing of equipment.
  • Ensuring adequate data protection measures are in place and that these are tested on a regular basis.
  • Taking proactive steps to ensure an appropriate level of system availability
  • Implementation of ICT network policies and procedures.
  • Writing standard operating procedures (SOP).

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Having recognized experiences in IT Infrastructure (Network -
  • WAN, Firewall, Security, Server System) and capable to do assessment, analyze and develop Enterprise IT infrastructure strategy plan).
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft stacks.
  • Experience of handling overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network, including multicounty setup, VLAN setup for regulatory requirement, and managing data protection.
  • Extensive administrative experience of most of the following: Microsoft Operating Systems (Server & Desktop), Network & Domain Management, Virtualisation Technologies, Linux and Web technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to explain complex technologies with clarity and patience.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
